The recipient can choose jewelry on the Puffoni website, take part in a jewelry workshop, or create their own design in the “Build Your Puffoni” format. Personalised certificate Each certificate is prepared personally for the recipient. The certificate includes the recipient’s name and a unique certificate number. The certificate value is not displayed on the card. Validity The certificate never expires — it can be used at any time. Using the certificate The certificate amount can be used fully or partially. If the order total is lower than the certificate value, the remaining balance is saved and can be used for future purchases. If the order total exceeds the certificate value, the difference can be paid using any available payment method. DELIVERY The printed certificate can be received in several ways: ACS courier delivery (door to door) Delivery within Cyprus takes approximately 5–7 days. Courier delivery time: 9:00 – 13:00. ACS collection point You can choose a convenient ACS pickup location and collect the certificate yourself either the same day or the following day between 9:00 – 18:00. Same-day pickup The certificate can be collected from the reception at ICON building (Germasogeia, Limassol). The certificate can also be collected personally during the Puffoni workshop at Marina Breeze restaurant on the nearest Saturday.
