1. General Provisions
This document constitutes a public offer issued by PUFFONI LTD (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Puffoni”) to conclude a purchase agreement for jewellery and related products under the terms and conditions set forth below.
By placing an order on the website www.puffoni.com, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the terms of this public offer in full.
These Terms govern the relationship between PUFFONI LTD and the customer in connection with purchases made through the website www.puffoni.com, as well as through official brand channels, including Instagram, pop-up events, brand corners and workshop bookings, unless otherwise specified for a particular format of sale.

PUFFONI LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version of the Terms is always available on the website.
These Terms enter into force from the moment of publication on the website and remain valid until replaced by an updated version.
2. Subject of the Agreement
PUFFONI LTD sells designer jewellery through the website www.puffoni.com and through official brand channels.
Under these Terms, the seller agrees to transfer jewellery created under the PUFFONI brand to the customer, and the customer agrees to pay for and accept the order under the conditions set forth in this document.
Jewellery produced by PUFFONI is handmade in small batches. The production process involves natural materials including freshwater pearls and artistic glass elements.
Each glass element is individually shaped by hand using the lampwork technique over an open flame. The handmade glass forming process, temperature variations during production and the subsequent cooling process may influence the final shade, shape and character of the glass elements.
Due to the use of natural materials and the nature of handcrafted production, each item may have individual characteristics including variations in glass tone, pearl shape, texture or size of elements. Such variations are natural features of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.
Images displayed on the website are provided for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting conditions during photography, natural material variations and individual device screen settings.
The assortment, descriptions, characteristics and prices of products are indicated on the pages of www.puffoni.com and may be updated by the seller without prior notice.
All PUFFONI products are intended for personal use and are not designed for commercial reproduction or industrial copying of the design.
3. Placing an Order
Customers may place orders through the website www.puffoni.com or through official brand communication channels.
When placing an order, the customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for processing the order and delivery, including name, contact details and delivery address.
After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation via email or through the website interface.
An order is considered accepted for processing after the payment has been successfully confirmed by the chosen payment method, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
PUFFONI LTD reserves the right to contact the customer to clarify order details, including product specifications, delivery address, production time or payment method.
In the event of technical errors, incorrect pricing displayed on the website, payment system failures or product unavailability, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order with notification to the customer and a full refund of the amount paid.
PUFFONI LTD may also refuse to fulfil an order if fraudulent activity is suspected, if the website terms are violated or if delivery to the selected destination is not possible.
4. Payment
All payments on www.puffoni.com are processed in euros (EUR).
Customers may choose from the available payment methods displayed during the checkout process.
Available payment methods may include:
• bank cards processed through Stripe
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• PayPal (if available at the time of checkout)
• bank transfer to the account of PUFFONI LTD
Payment is considered completed once the transaction is successfully confirmed by the payment provider or the funds are received in the seller’s account.
In certain cases, PUFFONI LTD may offer alternative payment methods when required to process a particular order.
For purchases made during workshops, pop-up events, exhibitions or brand corners, payments may be accepted via payment terminal or in cash.
PUFFONI LTD uses secure payment systems. Credit card information is processed directly by payment providers and is not stored on the website www.puffoni.com.
If an order is cancelled, refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
5. Delivery
PUFFONI LTD delivers orders within Cyprus, to countries of the European Union and to selected international destinations.
Detailed information about delivery methods, timeframes, costs, taxes and duties is available on the Shipping and Taxes page of www.puffoni.com.
Within Cyprus, delivery is carried out via ACS courier service through pick-up points or door-to-door delivery. Local pick-up in Limassol may also be available upon prior arrangement.
For EU and international destinations, delivery may be performed by international postal or courier services including EMS or FedEx, depending on the option selected by the customer during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, the selected delivery method, logistics provider performance, customs procedures and other circumstances beyond the control of the seller.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply according to the laws of the destination country. Unless otherwise specified at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives a tracking number when available from the selected shipping provider.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer at the moment the order is handed over to the delivery service, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange of purchased items in accordance with the conditions applicable at the time of purchase and published on the Returns page of www.puffoni.com.
For customers within the European Union, distance sales are subject to a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date the customer receives the goods, unless a legal exception applies.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear, damage or alteration, and in the original PUFFONI branded packaging, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Certain product categories may be excluded from return or exchange, including:
• items made to individual order
• items modified at the customer’s request
• items showing signs of use or mechanical damage
• items created as part of a personalised design or workshop, where the right of withdrawal does not apply under applicable law
Due to the use of natural materials and handmade production techniques, minor variations in pearl shape, glass tone or other elements are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for return.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer may contact PUFFONI LTD to discuss repair, replacement or another appropriate solution in accordance with the warranty policy.
7. Warranty
PUFFONI LTD provides a 12-month commercial warranty for jewellery produced under the PUFFONI brand starting from the date the order is received.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
• assembly defects
• faulty clasps or closures
• loose connecting elements
• hardware defects occurring during normal use
If a manufacturing defect is identified, PUFFONI LTD may offer one of the following solutions:
• repair of the item
• replacement of the item
• another reasonable solution agreed with the customer
The warranty does not cover:
• mechanical damage
• damage caused by dropping or impact
• natural wear and tear
• improper storage or misuse
• damage caused by chemicals, cosmetics, perfume or water exposure
Glass elements are artistic handmade components and may be sensitive to mechanical impact. Damage caused by dropping or impact is not considered a warranty case.
Jewellery pieces are assembled using professional jewellery cable. If the cable fails due to a manufacturing defect, replacement is covered under warranty. If damage occurs due to wear or mechanical impact, repair may be provided through the Puffoni Care service.
This commercial warranty is provided in addition to the statutory consumer rights applicable under European Union law.
8. Limitation of Liability
PUFFONI LTD makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information presented on www.puffoni.com, but does not guarantee that the website will always be free of technical errors, inaccuracies or temporary interruptions.
The company shall not be liable for temporary website unavailability caused by maintenance, updates, internet disruptions or other circumstances beyond its control.
PUFFONI LTD is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions or other external factors.
PUFFONI jewellery is handmade and requires careful handling. The company is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mechanical impact, dropping, improper care or failure to follow care recommendations.
The company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of profit, data loss or other incidental damages arising from the use of the website or purchased products, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
In any case, the total liability of PUFFONI LTD shall not exceed the purchase price of the item concerned.
9. Intellectual Property
The PUFFONI trademark is an internationally registered trademark.
The trademark owner is Uliana Ziniakova.
The trademark is registered within the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) system under the Madrid Protocol, international registration number 1788623, class 14 (jewellery).
Trademark protection extends to multiple jurisdictions including the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Switzerland and other countries where protection has been granted.
All elements of the PUFFONI brand including:
• brand name
• logo
• jewellery designs
• product images
• website texts
• graphics and visual materials
are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.
Any use, reproduction, distribution, copying or creation of derivative works based on PUFFONI designs without prior written permission from the rights holder is prohibited.
Unauthorized commercial use of website images, texts or materials is strictly prohibited.
Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal liability under applicable law.
10. Personal Data
By placing an order on www.puffoni.com, the customer provides personal data necessary for order processing and delivery.
Such data may include:
• name and surname
• delivery address
• phone number
• email address
• other information necessary to fulfil the order
By providing personal data, the customer consents to its processing by PUFFONI LTD for the purposes of:
• order processing
• delivery organization
• customer communication regarding the order
• customer support

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
All relationships arising between PUFFONI LTD and the customer in connection with the use of www.puffoni.com, order placement, purchase and use of PUFFONI products shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of applicable law provide otherwise.
In the event of disputes, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter through negotiations.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
